Operator information
The full details on the operator of KryptoEuro (company name, address, register entry, authorized representatives as well as any permits or registrations) are currently being prepared and will be added here as soon as they are determined.
Until then, we do not claim any license, registration with a regulatory authority, or partnership with banks in Europe. Please consider this when making your decision to use the service.
Card country and payout currency
For online orders, the country catalog in the exchange form applies. In non-Euro card countries, you choose between the offered local currency and EUR; in Euro card countries, EUR is offered. The selected currency, corresponding rate, and payout amount are displayed before creation and recorded in the order.
The card country, the currency of the card account, and your tax residence are separate pieces of information. Conversions or fees on the bank side may affect the amount actually credited to the account. The list of countries does not constitute a guarantee for any individual card, nor does it make any statement regarding regulatory authorization in that country.
Scope
By creating an order, you accept these conditions and the exchange rules. The service is aimed at adults acting on their own behalf.
Cash OTC
Cash sales from 5,000 USDC or USDT take place in person at a bank branch. Availability, rate, date, and location are agreed upon with the manager on a case-by-case basis and are only binding once this agreement is reached. Even outside the Eurozone, cash is paid out exclusively in the agreed EUR or CHF.
USDC or USDT may only be sent during the personal meeting, never in advance or remotely. Liability cannot be assumed for transfers made in advance or remotely to third parties posing as KryptoEuro.
Online order, rate and deadlines
By creating an order, the rate and payout amount are fixed for 30 minutes. If no transfer is received within this period, the order is automatically cancelled.
The amount actually received at the specified address on the specified network is decisive. Deviating amounts, incorrect networks, or delayed transfers may lead to a recalculation, delay, or rejection.
Obligations of the users
You are responsible for the accuracy of your details.
- Name and card number must belong to the recipient card
- The cryptocurrency must originate from a legitimate source
- Transfers only to the address and network of the order
- No use for third parties or to circumvent restrictions
Review and rejection
Orders can be put on hold or declined for review, especially in case of increased AML risk, incomplete details, or suspicion of misuse. Details are regulated by the AML policy.
Liability
Blockchain transfers are irreversible. No liability can be assumed for losses due to incorrect networks, incorrect addresses, or user information. Statutory liability rules remain unaffected.
Changes
These conditions can be adjusted. For an order, the version at the time of its creation applies.
